Time Is Just an Illusion My Thoughts on Science and Reality
Hey Guys,
I don’t know who is reading this simple blog, but if you are, then let me take you on a journey of science through my eyes.
Today’s Topic: Time Is Just an Illusion
I know this might sound strange, but in the next few minutes, I will try to make you believe that time is just an illusion.
What Is Time?
Can you answer this? If yes, then please let me know in the comments what time means to you.
For me, time is just the expiry of any living or non-living thing.
For example: because we will die one day, that’s why we feel time. We notice time because plants and nature move in repetitive patterns.
How Was Time Created?
Time, in my view, was created because natural movements (like the sun, moon, and plants) are predictable.
That’s why we were able to create the concept of hours, minutes, and seconds.
The 24-hour format was developed so that we could finish tasks faster, plan better, and measure when something would be done.
Can We Create Time on Other Planets?
Yes! You can even create time yourself.
Suppose there’s a planet where 1 day = 4.34 hours. You can easily create a time system for that planet just by observing its natural patterns.
What If We Were Eternal?
Here’s a thought: what if we could never die and were eternal?
Then what would time mean to us?
Would it even exist?
Please let me know your thoughts in the comments.
